What to know before you upload.

Do I pay before seeing the proof?

No. Start with the free proof request. If you love the preview, we send the payment step before production.

Can I get just the digital drawing?

No. Drawn & Cozy is a garment studio. Proofs stay watermarked and low resolution; the finished sweatshirt or tee is the product.

What photos work best?

Clear, bright photos where the pet's face, ears, markings, and coloring are easy to see. Upload a few if you are unsure.

Can I request changes?

Yes. One revision is included before print so we can handle a small likeness, text, or layout adjustment.

When does production start?

Only after you approve the proof and pay for the garment. Custom printed orders cannot be changed once production starts.
