Terms of Service

Effective June 11, 2026.

Drawn & Cozy is a custom, proof-first pet apparel service. Orders move from photo intake to proof preview to final production approval.

Proof requests

• Free proof requests are reviewed before proof work begins.
• We may ask for stronger source photos if an upload is not usable.
• We may decline requests that are not a fit for the service.

Proofs and revisions

• Proofs are watermarked previews and are not standalone digital products.
• One revision round is included before final approval unless otherwise stated.
• Production does not begin until the customer approves the proof and pays for the garment.

Custom-order limits

• Because each order is custom, cancellations and refunds are limited after final proof approval or once production starts.
• Garment colors, print placement, and final output can vary slightly from on-screen previews.
• Timing depends on photo quality, proof approval, garment availability, and production queues.
