Terms of Service

Effective June 11, 2026.

Drawn & Cozy is a custom, proof-first pet keepsake service. Paid orders move from checkout to photo intake, proof preview, final approval, and then production.

Proof requests

• Free proof requests are reviewed before proof work begins.
• We may ask for stronger source photos if an upload is not usable.
• We may decline requests that are not a fit for the service.

Proofs and revisions

• Proofs are watermarked previews and are not standalone digital products.
• One revision round is included before final approval unless otherwise stated.
• If the proof is not a fit, we revise before print or refund before production starts.
• Production does not begin until the customer has paid for the product and approved the final proof.

Custom-order limits

• Because each order is custom, cancellations and refunds are limited after final proof approval or once production starts.
• Product colors, print placement, and final output can vary slightly from on-screen previews.
• Timing depends on photo quality, proof approval, product availability, and production queues.
