Drawn & Cozy collects the information needed to review pet portrait proof requests, communicate about proofs, and fulfill approved custom apparel orders.
What we collect
- Name and email address
- Pet name, garment preference, size and color preference, and order notes
- Uploaded pet photos and any optional content permission
- Basic submission records needed to review and support the request
How we use it
- To review whether the source photos are strong enough for a proof
- To create proof previews and communicate about revisions or approval
- To move approved work into production and provide order support
Service providers
The intake form uses Cloudflare Worker and R2 infrastructure for photo uploads and Formspree for submission delivery. Those services process the information only to support the proof and order workflow.
Data sharing
Drawn & Cozy does not sell personal information. Information is shared only with the vendors and production partners needed to review, produce, or support an approved order.
